PROBLEM

Client worked with various subcontractors but did not have an affective compliance process when it came to subcontractor insurance. This caused surprises at audits as well as breach of contract on their prime contract which required them to have all subcontractors carrying the appropriate insurance.

SOLUTION

Box worked with their attorney to have a strong insurance section which provided coverage to the client in case of a large loss. Box then built and executed a red light green light process for approving subcontractors by job.

RESULTS

Client had confidence to sign larger contracts without worrying if they were in breach. Two years later, client was sued for 8 figures, however, because of the above solution the client was protected via the additional insured endorsement on the subcontractors policy because Box had the system established to make sure this was done before the job started.
